FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. – An arrest has been made in the September 19th shooting of a man from Gerald, Missouri. Desante White, 29, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder. The victim, Timothy Moore, 32, was in Gerald, Missouri, when he was found in the street after being shot.
